Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your exotic finds. Because we sell perishable food and beverage items, there are specific rules regarding returns:

Returns > You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items > We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed unless there was a quality issue or shipping damage.

How to Start a Return > Contact us at info@ameretail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds > Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
